At Infinity Filtration NX, our goal is to deliver not only high-quality water softeners but also to components accompanied by outstanding customer service. To uphold our quality standards and guarantee equitable treatment for all clients, we have implemented the following Product Return Policy:
Product Inspection:
We recommend that customers meticulously examine their products upon delivery or installation. Should any defects or concerns arise, they must be reported immediately to our customer service team through watsup message or call. Response time will be 24 hours.
Product Returns are permitted if the installation site cannot be supported. If our technicians find the installation location unsuitable or incompatible with our water softener system, we will facilitate a product return process.
Please note that any payments made in advance are non-refundable. However, this amount can be applied toward the purchase of other products from Infinity Filtration NX.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following products are not eligible for refunds:
– Products from Infinity Filtration NX that have been installed or utilized.
– Products from Infinity Filtration NX that have been damaged, mishandled, misused, or neglected.
– Products from Infinity Filtration NX that are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving a returned item, Infinity Filtration NX will evaluate it based on the stated criteria. The decision to approve returns and exchanges lies solely with Infinity Filtration NX.
Store Credit and Exchanges: If a return is approved, customers will receive store credit or be offered an exchange for a similarly valued product, as determined by Infinity Filtration NX. This policy does not allow for refunds to the initial payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or faulty, customers are required to contact Infinity Filtration NX within 48 hours of delivery to seek assistance. Replacement or repair options will be provided according to our warranty and support guidelines.
Policy Updates: Infinity Filtration NX maintains the right to revise or amend this non-refund policy at any time without prior notification. Customers are encouraged to regularly review the policy for any adjustments.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation: The terms with capitalized initial letters are defined under the conditions specified below. The definitions provided shall maintain the same meaning whether used in singular or plural form.
Definitions: In this Refund Policy, the term “Company” (which may refer to “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” within this Agreement) pertains to Infinity Filtration NX.
