Warranty Coverage
All products from Infinity Filtration NX are protected under a one-year warranty starting from the installation date.
Water Quality and Pre-Treatment
If our technicians find the water quality unsuitable for the product, they will suggest pre-treatment, which will incur an additional cost to the consumer prior to installation. The service contract will become void if the water condition exceeds a TDS level of 1300 PPM.
Mandatory Water Testing
Water testing from an approved laboratory is required for water softeners with a capacity of 150 liters or more. However, if a similar product is already in operation and performing well in the same location with the same water source, testing is unnecessary.
Comments and Media

The warranty for all Infinity Filtration NX products is governed by the Terms and Conditions specified in the Quotation at the time of sales/service or support. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
